ResearchManiac is a platform designed for research and learning projects. Users are strictly prohibited from storing or sharing illegal content, as defined by Polish law. All content posted on our website is linked to the respective user, who is solely responsible for any uploaded materials that violate the law. ResearchManiac does not actively host or promote adult-only content. If users choose to upload such content for private use, it is their responsibility, and ResearchManiac disclaims any liability for such content.

4. Pricing and Refunds

Prices on the site include taxes for EU users and exclude taxes for US users. Payment processing is managed by Stripe. Refunds are regulated by Polish law and are not possible for sources that have already been used.

5. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing illegal content, including inappropriate videos or audio, as defined by Polish and international law.

6. Ownership

ResearchManiac, including its AI-powered tools, is the intellectual property of ResearchManiac AI P.S.A.
